Realtor's that see this trend, push through the learning curve and implement the technology will ultimately see the most success. Video is the new tool of the web savvy realtor. It's compact, extremely dyrable and shoots decent quality video. Video is not for every real estate professional but as I've said several times, it's something everyone should at least try once. That said, your job as a agent is to be the local expert and market property. If cost is an issue and I know it may be for many realtors today, this is one device that delivers alot for what I would consider a low price tag.
